DELAWARE BLACK CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION (DBCA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower African American contractors by providing resources, advocacy, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and success within the construction industry. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive network that promotes economic independence, professional development, and the advancement of African American professionals in construction.

Donor Policy
DELAWARE BLACK CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION (DBCA) understands that giving is a personal choice. We recognize and protect the privacy of our donors. We will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations. This policy applies to all information received by (DBCA) both online and offline, on any Platform (“Platform”, includes the DBCA website), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.
